Hi girlfriend, I hope your week is off to a great start. I honestly cannot believe its June. The days are moving fast. Quick life update: I made a life changing decision that I’ll share later, I dreamed of the definition of joy (woke up saying I know thats right God), building the official site for “In My Girlfriends Heels”, deep diving in good books, faced a fear of posting a video (more to come😊), and most important having fun & waiting on the promises from God. Ya feel me? LOL.

I don’t know girlfriend, Sza was on to something when she said “Your fear of looking stupid is holding you back.” Because well it is lovely. I posted this video and I was shook how many people actually liked it. Then it hit me - Sza was right. Even though I wasn't feeling my best in the video, getting messages like "More, please!" or "Love hearing you speak!" made me feel so at ease on this journey of self-discovery. So, if you're anything like me, it's time to face those fears head-on, baby girl! You never know what’s on the other side. Your life can change in the best way possible.

Todays Girlfriend with Style is Grace Ghanem, a 59-year-old microbiologist-turned-fashion influencer, whose closet I’d love to shop. Her style is very Nn coded “A lady who loves a compliment or can’t go anywhere without all eyes on her”. It’s vibrate, playful, and effortlessly cool as fuck. Imagine if Ms. Ghanem decided that she's too mature for the world of fashion influence. The fear of looking stupid would have won.

Manifesting: Today, Nykoles, Nevaeh, and I went shopping for our new home and I scored the La Spiral chair by Louis Durot. I’m taking myself on date for a dance class in the city and the theme was BeYou. My look for the night? A printed silk dress from Endieu, complemented by an exclusive pair of Kelis sandals from my own brand, Nn, & vintage Chanel bag. A makeup free face with perfectly arched brows, and hint of lip liner topped with Dio Puo best selling gloss, completes the look. Oh, and as I get dressed for the evening, Thug Style by Ciara set the perfect mood—because, why not?
